Job summary

StoneBridge Academy, affiliated with StoneBridge Christian Church in Omaha, NE, seeks a Full-time Toddler Classroom Assistant for ages 18–35 months. You will support the lead teacher, implement age-appropriate activities, and ensure safety and development in a nurturing environment.

Requirements include being 18+, a licensed driver, and either 1500 hours with kids, a CDA, or an Associate/Bachelor's in child education or development.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Licensed driver with reliable transportation.
• Must have one of the following qualifications: 1500 verifiable hours, CDA, or an Associate's/Bachelor's in child education or development.
• Must be able to pass Nebraska State Fingerprinting and a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide nurturing, stimulating environment for toddlers 18–35 months.
• Assist in age-appropriate activities and curriculum.
• Provide individualized attention to each child.
• Assist in toilet training as children are developmentally ready.
• Manage routines and schedules.
• Communicate regularly with parents about child progress and maintain collaboration with team.
