Job summary

Nationwide Children's Hospital in Ohio is seeking a full-time Therapy Support Assistant to help with administrative and clinical duties in therapy services. Under direct supervision, you will support patient care, maintain assigned areas, and assist with data reporting.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean treatment spaces, managing supplies, transporting patients and records, coordinating volunteers, and assisting patients during therapy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or STNA preferred.
• CPR certification required within 60 days post hire.
• Healthcare experience preferred; experience with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe, clean treatment area and prepares therapy spaces.
• Monitors inventory and assists with adaptive equipment and splints.
• Transports patients and records while maintaining confidentiality.
• Performs general office duties and collects data to support operations.
• Coordinates departmental volunteers and observers in therapy.
• Assists patients with needs during therapy under direct supervision.
