This role is full-time, Monday - Friday 8:30a - 4:30p. The Therapist must be in the office at least four (4) times per week, telehealth options are available.

The annual salary is $55,000.

Position Details

The Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) Therapist is a primary member of a behavioral health outpatient treatment team in a Merakey Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) in southeastern PA. Essential responsibilities include the delivery of individual and group therapy services and coordination of care under the outpatient clinic service leadership. The therapist initiates, maintains and promotes the active engagement of clients in treatment wherein individuals can learn to live well with their mental health diagnosis. The expectation of billable services is a minimum of 100 hours per month (25 hours weekly) to include both individual and group therapy.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a related field of Human Services, including but not limited to Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Sociology, or Human Development is required.
• Completed two semesters of clinical internship during graduate school required.
• 2 years clinical experience post graduate working with mental health and co-occurring populations is preferred.
• Group therapy experience and trained or certified in Evidenced Based Practice skill sets (Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, etc.) is preferred.
