Provides efficient, safe, and confidential service to customers and follows all compliance requirements and procedures. Promotes bank products and services using a proven format.

Who You Are

• High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent work experience
• Maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality
• Work independently within a team setting
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Advanced communication and customer service skills
• Intermediate understanding of basic personal computer programs (Internet, Word, Excel, and Outlook)

What You'll Do

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting all customers with a smile and addressing their needs with prompt and accurate information and resolutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and team members.
• Support customer and bank success by accurately and securely completing transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, issuing money orders, cashier checks, loan payments, foreign currency exchange, and more.
• Maintain and balance cash drawer levels and assist in vault balancing.
• Implement all regulatory requirements and procedures related to transactions.
• Utilize a 7 Step Conversation to promote bank products and services.
• Engage in culture initiatives and team activities.
• Represent the bank well in the community.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands

• Frequently sit or stand for long periods, speak, listen, use hands, and reach with arms. Occasionally move about the facility. Visual ability to view a computer screen for long periods is required. Occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
