Responsibilities
  1. Provide an elevated level of exceptional customer service by welcoming customers, minimizing wait times, and assisting with their banking needs.
  2. Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
  3. Handle cash and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.
  4. Adhere to all bank policies and procedures, including compliance and risk management protocols to prevent fraudulent situations.
  5. Recognize opportunities and cross-sell bank products to deepen customer relationships.
  6. Engage customers and leverage digital tools to educate them on self-service options.
  7. Assist with custodianship, audits, and other operational tasks.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized work area, to create a welcoming environment for customers.
  9. Support nearby branch locations based on business needs.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education or work experience.
  • 6+ months cash handling experience.
  • 6+ months demonstrated customer service experience.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and/or Haitian Creole.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
  • Ability to identify and escalate concerns of risk.
  • Ability to follow directions, policies, and procedures.
  • Effective listening and communication skills.
  • Comfortable using digital tools and technology.
  • Energetic, organized, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic computer proficiency and math skills.
  • Willing to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
