Position: Teller

Location: United States of America

As a Teller, you will assist with various financial needs and processing transactions. Your responsibilities include:

• Providing exceptional customer service by welcoming customers, minimizing wait times, and assisting with banking needs.
• Processing transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Handling cash and maintaining accurate cash drawer balances.
• Adhering to all bank policies and procedures, including compliance and risk management protocols to prevent fraud.
• Recognizing opportunities to cross-sell bank products to deepen customer relationships.
• Engaging customers and leveraging digital tools to educate them on self-service options.
• Supporting custodianship, audits, and other operational tasks.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area to create a welcoming environment.
• Supporting nearby branch locations as needed based on business requirements.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 6 months cash handling experience.
• Minimum 6 months customer service experience.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
• Ability to identify and escalate risks appropriately.
• Ability to follow directions, policies, and procedures.
• Effective listening and communication skills.
• Comfort with digital tools and technology.
• Energetic, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
