Job summary

PSCU is seeking a driven Teller for our Flat Rock branch to deliver excellent member service by handling deposits, withdrawals, and routine requests. You will promote bank products, educate members on financial goals, and maintain accuracy and security in every transaction.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous customer service and cash handling experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify and recognize opportunities to enhance the customer experience.

• Basic computer and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently for members by accepting deposits and withdrawals, verify cash and endorsement of checks.
• Recommend products and educate members to help meet their financial goals.
• Perform routine member service requests.
• Maintain a member-centric, professional attitude.
• Prioritize fraud prevention, security, and accuracy.
