Job summary

New Era Bank is seeking a full-time Teller in Desloge to assist customers with routine transactions and provide friendly service. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and check cashing efficiently while addressing customer concerns and escalating issues when needed.

You will also cross-sell products, build relationships with customers, participate in training, and contribute to community-focused initiatives and volunteerism as part of a supportive team environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Helping our customers with routine transactions like deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, check cashing in a speedy and efficient manner.


• Resolving customer concerns and problems, knowing when to get a supervisor involved.


• Cross-selling our products and services. You’ll get to know our customers and recommend appropriate solutions for their financial needs.


• Other duties as assigned.
