Job summary

Lake Elmo Bank in Lake Elmo, MN, is seeking a Full-Time Teller/Customer Service Representative to join the on-site team. You will process customer transactions accurately and offer friendly personal service, supporting the bank's image as a reliable community lender.

No prior banking experience is required; customer service or cash handling experience is helpful. A High School diploma or GED is required, with training provided to prepare you for daily responsibilities.

Salary Range: $17.00 To $25.00 Hourly

Position: Full-Time Teller/Customer Service Representative (On site)
Type: Regular Full Time Hourly (eligible for overtime)
Hours: 8:00 am-5:00 pm Monday-Friday; Position includes a rotating Saturday schedule from 8:45 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

We are looking for candidates who are friendly, professional, dependable, courteous and outgoing with excellent customer service skills. Previous banking experience is not required. Customer service and/or cash handling experience is helpful, but not required. Paid Training will be provided. Work location will be in Lake Elmo, Stillwater or Oakdale depending on business needs.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous Customer Service Experience

Major Responsibilities Include:

• Processing assigned customer transactions in a timely, accurate manner, consistently follows established procedures, and helping to maintain a positive, favorable image of the Bank as a responsible business operation.
• Provide internal and external customers personal service by striving to meet their needs in a timely and friendly manner.
• Contribute to a positive and productive work environment by working cooperatively and effectively as a member of the Lake Elmo Bank team.
