Job summary

Citizens Bank Minnesota, Main Office, is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative/Teller to deliver the ultimate client experience in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and adaptability, with growth potential in a trusted financial institution.

You will handle daily transactions, respond to client questions, balance cash drawers, promote banking products, and participate in drive-thru and in-branch duties, including Saturday rotations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Computer and mathematical skills are needed to handle banking tasks.
• Customer Service experience is beneficial but not required.
• Previous banking experience is beneficial but not required.
