Job summary

The Equitable Bank in Wisconsin seeks a Full-Time Teller/Customer Service Representative to deliver friendly, accurate service, identify customer needs, and connect clients with the right financial solutions. This role blends service with sales and relationship building to support branch growth.

  • Cash handling experience preferred.
  • Retail, financial, or service-based sales experience is a plus.

  • Identify referral opportunities that support customers' financial goals and branch growth.
  • Conduct outbound customer outreach to share product updates and offers.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of bank products and services to explain features and benefits.
  • Process deposits, withdrawals, payments and other transactions accurately.
  • Follow bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with teams across the bank including customer service, accounting, loan servicing, and other departments.

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Teller/Customer Service Representative. This position is scheduled Monday through Friday with some Saturday mornings. Occasional travel for training and providing help at another office may be required.

  • Conduct outbound customer outreach to share product updates, promote special offers, and strengthen customer and community relationships.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of bank products and services to confidently explain features and benefits.
  • Process deposits, withdrawals, payments and other transactions accurately while providing an exceptional customer experience.
  • Follow all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate and learn from teams across the bank including customer service, accounting, loan servicing, and other departments.
