Founders Federal Credit Union in Cheraw, SC is seeking a Full-Time Teller to handle deposits, withdrawals, inquiries, and other financial transactions for members in a fast, friendly, and accurate manner.

The role requires prior cash-handling or teller experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to operate a PC and calculator. Bilingual English/Spanish applicants are strongly encouraged to apply, and hours include Monday–Thursday 8am–5pm and Friday 8am–6pm.

Qualifications

• Previous cash-handling or teller experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to type and efficiently operate a PC and calculator
• Strong capacity to learn and apply knowledge of all credit union services
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) applicants strongly encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Maintain individual cash box
• Perform computer transactions for members according to procedures
• Provide information on rates, accounts, and services
• Greet members and recognize them on sight
• Sell services and compare with other institutions
• Handle complex member accounts accurately
• Open new accounts and process payroll deductions
• Ensure compliance with applicable statutes and regulations including BSA
• All other duties as assigned
