Responsibilities

• Closely collaborate with program director and support teachers in delivering individualized instruction and implementing personalized learning plans
• Build positive, supportive relationships with students to foster engagement and trust
• Assist with classroom management and help maintain a structured, inclusive learning environment
• Provide academic support in both small group and one-on-one settings, across various content areas and grade levels
• Monitor student progress and communicate observations to teaching staff
• Help facilitate and assist with supervision during transitions, lunch, and other community activities

Qualifications
