Job summary

Ridwell in Minneapolis is hiring a full‑time driver to operate company vans across the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. You will complete 125–150 daily stops and handle materials efficiently in all weather conditions.

You will deliver Ridwell bins and member kits, provide excellent customer service, and work outdoors year‑round. A valid driver’s license, reliable attendance, and map app usage are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years.
• Ability to read and follow written or oral instructions in English.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 49 lbs, and work outdoors in all weather.
• Own and use a smartphone with Google or Apple maps.
• Must pass a background and motor vehicle history check if offered the position.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Ridwell high-roof cargo vans throughout the Minneapolis/St. Paul area.
• Complete between 125 - 150 daily stops efficiently and accurately.
• Collect members' materials from designated bins at their homes.
• Deliver Ridwell bins and new member kits to members’ homes.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with Ridwell members.
• Work safely outdoors in all weather, including heat, cold, and rain.
