Client & Service Expert:

  1. Expertise in the development of a clientele.
  2. Model and lead the team by developing a repeat business and maximizing sales through proactive client outreach.
  3. Build and maintain new and existing client relationships and have a strong, productive client book.

Leadership Presence:

Building Brand Equity:

  1. Understand and communicate the kate spade new york brand aesthetic, brand philosophy and lifestyle to the sales team and customer.
  2. Ensure brand and operating standards are met to support brand consistency.
  3. Ensure store presentation standards are achieved and maintained.

Operational Excellence:

  1. Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures including counting register funds, completing bank deposits, opening and closing registers and securing facility.
  2. Accurately process all POS transactions and inventory functions such as transfers, receiving, FedEx shipments, repairs and damages to maintain the integrity of the inventory.
  3. Adhere to Kate Spade loss prevention policies and operational procedures.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience Required:

Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.

Skills and Abilities Required:

  1. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  2. Detail oriented.
  3. Proactive ability to multi-task and prioritize.

Physical Requirements:

  1. Available to work store schedule, as needed, including evenings and weekends.
  2. Standing for extended periods of time.
  3. Able to safely lift boxes up to 40 pounds.
  4. Comfortable climbing ladders.
