Position Overview:
We’re seeking a highly skilled Super GP to join a thriving, privately-owned DSO with five locations across upstate New York and one location in Pennsylvania. This full-time position is based in Endwell, NY at a well-established fee-for-service practice known for exceptional care, strong patient relationships, and advanced in-house procedures.

Ideal for a GP who enjoys performing endo, oral surgery, prosthodontics, or implantology, this role offers autonomy, collaboration, and growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a wide scope of advanced general dentistry procedures (endo, extractions, implants, prosthetics, etc.).
- Work closely with the clinical team to provide comprehensive, high-quality care.
- Build lasting patient relationships through education, trust, and exceptional outcomes.
- Maintain meticulous documentation and adhere to high clinical standards.

Compensation:

Qualifications:
- DDS/DMD licensed in New York; dual licensure in Pennsylvania is a strong bonus.
- 3+ years of experience or advanced training in one or more of the following: endodontics, prosthodontics, oral surgery, or implant placement.
