Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required or equivalent.
• CDA credential or state certificate meeting CDA requirements preferred or enrollment in program to complete within two years.
• One-year experience working with children and families preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe, healthy, developmentally-focused learning environment.
• Supervise children at all times and respond to emergencies.
• Follow program health and safety practices and supervision guidelines.
• Support classroom activities and adapt lessons to individual goals.
• Promote English language acquisition for dual-language learners.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation.
