Job summary

Stretch Zone Austin is hiring a full-time Stretch Practitioner for the Lakeway location. No prior stretching experience is required; paid training and certification are provided to prepare you for the role.

You will work a full schedule (Tue-Thu 11:00–19:00, Fri 8:00–16:00, Sat 9:00–16:00) delivering one-on-one sessions and helping members move better and feel better. Competitive hourly pay with performance bonuses and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work as part of a team.
• Commitment to completing Stretch Zone's paid certification program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one practitioner assisted stretch sessions using Stretch Zone protocols.
• Help members improve mobility, flexibility, and daily movement.
• Identify mobility needs and apply protocols accordingly.
• Build relationships with members and support long-term wellness goals.
• Create a positive, professional studio experience and maintain cleanliness.
• Collaborate with Lakeway team and studio leadership.
