Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inventories and maintains necessary food and other supplies for efficient operation.
• Stores food and supplies in proper containers and storage areas per guidelines.
• Maintains records and logs documenting storage temperatures of perishable items.
• Dates, labels, and rotates stock according to procedures.
• Orders food and supplies based on product specifications and procedures.
• Secures designated areas to safeguard associates and follows storage security procedures.
• Transports food and supplies in appropriate containers or vehicles as needed.
• Follows HACCP guidelines when receiving and distributing food supplies.
• Reports maintenance or repairs of equipment to proper resources.
• Completes daily, weekly or monthly reports as required by corporate policies.
• Identifies and uses cleaning chemicals safely and operates equipment according to safety procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
