The purpose of the Store Processing Supervisor is to oversee the production process and personnel assigned to that process with a focus on meeting established production/sales quotas/goals.
Education: High School Diploma or pursuing one.
Experience: Retail sales production and/or thrift store experience preferred. Experience following and giving directions.
Oversee production team members, including paid staff and volunteers. Supervise work therapy assignments.
Regular standing, handling, hearing, talking; walking, reaching; occasional climbing, stooping, lifting up to 50 pounds regularly, 100 pounds with a team.
May be required to travel for work or training.
Store environment with moderate noise, possible dust, temperature fluctuations, extended standing. Full-time, including weekends and evenings. Must support the religious mission of The Salvation Army and its recovery program.
