Full-Time Store Manager Trainee (New Store)

As a Store Manager Trainee, you'll train on all aspects of successfully running a store in preparation for managing your own store. Responsibilities include supervising daily store activities, ensuring overall performance, staffing, scheduling, and developing operational plans while mentoring the team.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 45 hours/week
• Starting Wage: $37.50/hour
• Potential Year 1 Earnings: Up to $129,500 (including salary and bonuses, varies by location)

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate company competencies and professional skills (M.A.P.)
• Supervise daily operations and team performance
• Communicate and model company values to foster teamwork
• Handle customer concerns and ensure resolution
• Maintain store signage, product quality, and freshness
• Assist in hiring and training staff
• Manage schedules and set performance expectations
• Conduct meetings and performance evaluations
• Achieve payroll and loss budgets
• Manage cash audits and monitor the competitive environment
• Provide product feedback and manage inventory
• Ensure safety and maintain store equipment
• Uphold company policies and confidentiality

Physical Demands

• Stock merchandise and lift up to 45 pounds
• Sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and walk regularly
