Join to apply for the Full-Time Store Manager Trainee role at ALDI USA.

As a Store Manager Trainee, you’ll train on all aspects of successfully running a store in preparation for managing your own store. Responsibilities include supervising daily store activities, ensuring overall performance, staffing, scheduling, developing operational plans, and mentoring the team.

Position Details
  • Type: Full-Time
  • Hours: 45 hours/week
  • Starting Wage: $30.25/hour
  • Potential Year 1 Earnings: Up to $103,500 (including salary and bonus)

Travel within a 50-mile radius may be required.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate company values and competencies (M.A.P.)
  • Supervise store operations and team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Communicate and model organizational values to foster teamwork
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues
  • Maintain store signage, product quality, and freshness
  • Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating staff
  • Manage schedules, conduct meetings, and identify development opportunities
  • Achieve payroll and loss budgets
  • Manage cash audits and monitor the competitive environment
  • Provide product feedback and oversee merchandising and inventory
  • Ensure safety, security, and compliance with policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Physical Demands
  • Stock merchandise, lift up to 45 pounds, and perform store tasks
Qualifications
  • Must be 18 or older
  • Teamwork and customer service skills
  • Leadership and communication abilities
  • Understanding of company policies and management principles
  • Ability to operate store equipment safely
Education & Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • At least 3 years in retail, management experience preferred

Training may involve travel within divisional requirements.
