Job Description: Store Manager Trainee

As a Store Manager Trainee, you'll train on all aspects of successfully running a store in preparation for managing your own store. Responsibilities include supervising daily store activities, ensuring overall performance, staffing, scheduling, developing operational plans, and mentoring the team.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 45 hours/week
• Starting Wage: $28.50/hour
• Potential Year 1 Earnings: Up to $107,000 (including salary and bonuses, varies by location)

Duties and Responsibilities

Must perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation. Key tasks include:

• Supervising store operations and team performance
• Communicating company strategy and core values
• Handling customer concerns and resolutions
• Maintaining store signage, product quality, and freshness
• Participating in hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Managing budgets, payroll, and inventory
• Ensuring safety and compliance with policies
• Other duties as assigned

Physical Demands

Ability to stock merchandise, lift up to 45 pounds, and perform physical activities like standing, bending, and walking. Reasonable accommodations available.

Qualifications
