Job summary

Storage Asset Management is seeking a Store Manager in Londonderry, NH. You will drive rental conversions, lead customer service initiatives, and execute marketing plans to grow occupancy and revenue.

The role requires strong leadership, weekend availability, and the ability to manage operations and financials at a busy self-storage facility. You will mentor junior staff, coordinate store events, and maintain exemplary facility standards while building relationships with local organizations.

As Store Manager, you'll be more than a manager; you'll be a sales and customer service expert. You'll proactively recommend and execute marketing strategies based on competitor insights and seasonal trends. Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:
