Job summary

Storage Asset Management in King of Prussia, PA is seeking a Store Manager who is a sales and customer service expert. You will proactively drive storage rentals, lead facility tours, and ensure a premium member experience.

You will implement local marketing, build community ties, train assistants, and oversee rent collections and records while maintaining a clean, safe facility. Weekend availability is required.

You'll proactively recommend and execute marketing strategies based on competitor insights and seasonal trends. Requirements:
