Job summary

Dollar General is seeking a reliable cashier/stocker lead to support store operations in Cleveland, TN. You will assist in plan-o-gram setup, stock shelves, and provide exceptional customer service to drive sales and reduce losses.

This role includes leading in the absence of store management and maintaining a safe, organized store environment. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking, operating the register, handling cash, and aiding in store openings/closes under Area Manager

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of supervisory experience or related training.
• Ability to perform basic math and cash handling.
• Ability to read and follow plan-o-gram and merchandise guidance.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and stock merchandise.
• Operate cash register and bag merchandise.
• Assist customers and maintain store cleanliness.
• Open/close store under direction of Area Manager.
• Maintain plan-of-grams and merchandise presentation.
