Job summary

ALDI USA in Maple Grove, MN is hiring a store associate responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and keeping the store clean to ensure an excellent shopping experience. You will work with the ALDI team to deliver fast, friendly service and maintain store standards.

The role is full-time with 30+ hours per week and a starting wage of $19.50 per hour, with scheduled wage increases over time. Candidates should be 18+ and have a high school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products, assist customers, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Operate the POS system to process purchases and assist with curbside orders.
• Support management to uphold policies, planograms, and loss-prevention goals.
