Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a Store Associate in Florida to merchandise, stock, cashier, and maintain store cleanliness. You will provide exceptional customer service while collaborating with the ALDI team.

Starting wage is $19.00 per hour with wage increases over five years. Full-time role averages 30+ hours per week, with full benefits including health, retirement, and paid time off. Must be at least 18 with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate store equipment such as cash registers, floor scrubber, pallet jacks, handheld devices, computers, etc.
• Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS to scan and process customer purchases accurately and inform management of issues.
• Stock shelves and displays neatly following merchandising planograms to maximize sales.
• Complete curbside pickup orders and ensure timely delivery to customers’ vehicles.
• Maintain zone and merchandising standards at all times.
• Assist management in achieving operational efficiency and loss reduction.
• Maintain a safe working environment by identifying hazards and ensuring proper equipment function.
