Qualifications

• Must provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate various store equipment including cash registers, floor scrubber, pallet jacks, and handheld devices.

Responsibilities

• Models and fulfills all customer service principles and escalates concerns to store management as necessary.
• Informs store management of loss due to outdated or damaged products.
• Properly utilizes the POS system to scan and process customer purchases and reports scanning concerns.
• Adheres to cash policies and procedures.
• Follows the line policy and opens additional check lanes for efficient checkout.
• Stocks shelves per merchandising planograms to maximize sales.
• Completes curbside pickup orders accurately and timely.
• Maintains zone and merchandising standards at all times.
• Assists store management in achieving operational efficiency and total loss goals.
• Supports a safe working environment by addressing hazards and maintaining equipment.
