ALDI USA in Ohio seeks a Store Associate to merchandise and stock products, cashier, and maintain a clean store environment to enhance the customer shopping experience. You will work with the ALDI team to provide exceptional service and support curbside orders.

The role requires 18+ years old, a high school diploma or equivalent, and prior retail experience is preferred. Starting wage is $19.50/hour with scheduled increases through Year 5.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate store equipment including cash registers and cleaning/stocking machinery.
• Ability to follow ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and maintain attendance.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products, cashier, and keep the store clean and inviting.
• Provide exceptional customer service and work collaboratively with the ALDI team.
• Assist with curbside pickup orders and ensure timely delivery to customers’ vehicles.
• Operate the POS system accurately and report scanning issues to management.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and merchandising standards.
• Support management in achieving efficiency and loss-prevention goals.
• Maintain safety and report hazards; follow inventory and cleaning procedures.
