Join to apply for the Full-Time Store Associate role at ALDI USA.

As a Store Associate, you’ll be responsible for merchandising and stocking product, cashiering, and cleaning to keep the store looking its best. You’ll enhance the customer shopping experience by working collaboratively with the ALDI team and providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours/week
• Starting Wage: $19.00/hour
• Wage Increases: Year 2 - $19.50, Year 3 - $20.00, Year 4 - $20.00, Year 5 - $21.00

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, perform cleaning duties, stock shelves, and merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with team and management
• Report inventory issues and participate in inventory counts
• Follow cash policies and maintain security and confidentiality
• Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Demands

• Stock merchandise, lift up to 45 pounds, and perform physical tasks such as sitting, standing, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older
• Customer service skills, cash register operation, and equipment handling
• Ability to perform cleaning duties and follow policies
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• State and local requirements for handling alcohol if applicable

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience preferred
