Starting pay is $16.75 per hour.

The Store Associate is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, maintaining a clean and safe environment, accurately executing customer check-out processes, efficiently stocking products, and serving our customers in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

1. Provides excellent customer service through all engagement activities in the store
2. Performs general cleaning duties and maintains a safe environment
3. Processes customer purchases and executes cash balancing for the cash drawer flawlessly
4. Keeps shelves appropriately stocked and maintains presentation of merchandised products using material handling equipment
5. Maintains pricing and signage accuracy of all products
6. Participates in store inventory counts, opening/closing procedures, and works in cold environments
7. Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 3+ months of retail experience preferred; food service experience a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk about the store
• Occasionally lift/move up to 100 lbs; frequently lift/move up to 50 lbs
• Use of industrial ladders for stocking shelves
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
