Job summary

Kohl’s in Thornton, CO is seeking an Operations Lead to master daily store operations, POS, and service processes for consistent execution and a compelling customer experience.

You will drive stockroom and omni-channel fulfillment, uphold product protection standards, and train associates while partnering with teammates to meet sales and service goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Support the training of associates on merchandising standards, product knowledge, and tools; utilize resources and adhere to Kohl’s brand standards as directed by store leadership.
• Support and partner with other associates on merchandising incoming product focusing on customer experience.

About The Role

As Operations Lead you will be an expert in all operational, point of sale and service processes focused on consistent execution. You will deliver excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do

Pay Range: $16.65 - $26.15
