Job summary

Goodwill Olympia is seeking a Full Time Stocker Merchandiser to maintain shelf stock and department-level merchandising at our Olympia, WA store. You will stock merchandise, create attractive displays, and ensure products are rotated according to the schedule.

The role emphasizes customer service, safe store conditions, and cooperation with store management. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with 1–3 months of related experience or training recommended.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 months of related experience and/or training.
• Attends every scheduled shift.
• Exceptional analytical, judgment, decision-making and communications skills.
• Superior coaching, leadership and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build understanding.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and set up displays to maintain a well-merchandised store.
• Rotate and replenish stock as directed to keep displays fresh.
