Job summary

Goodwill is seeking a Full Time Stocker/Merchandiser at the Gig Harbor, WA store. The role focuses on shelf stock, merchandising, and delivering excellent customer service. The position requires attending every scheduled shift, basic math/communication skills, and physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• 1--3 months of related experience or training.
• Attends every scheduled shift.
• Excellent analytical, judgment, and communication skills.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and ability to build consensus.

Responsibilities

• Place merchandise on sales floor and set up displays.
• Maintain well-merchandised and displayed store.
• Stock store with merchandise as directed by management.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to a variety of customers.
• Rotate product on display according to rotation schedule, including holiday merchandise.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for customers and employees.
