Goodwill in Gig Harbor, Washington, is seeking a Full-Time Stocker/Merchandiser at an hourly rate of $17.13. The role focuses on maintaining shelf stock and department merchandising while delivering great customer service.

Responsibilities include setting up displays, stocking merchandise, rotating products, and ensuring a safe shopping environment. The position emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and the ability to work with store leadership to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• 1–3 months of related experience and/or training.
• Attends every scheduled shift.
• Exceptional analytical, judgment, decision-making and communications skills.
• Superior coaching, leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Placing merchandise on the sales floor and set up displays.
• Cultivates a well-merchandised/displayed store.
• Stocks store with merchandise as directed by store management.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service to a variety of customers.
• Rotates product on display based on the store's rotation schedule, including holiday merchandise.
• Maintains a safe working/shopping environment for customers and employees.
