Hillsboro Post Acute in Hillsboro, OH is hiring full-time STNAs to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a welcoming and professional environment.

As an STNA, you will assist with daily living activities, observe changes, and report to the nursing team while helping create a warm, home-like atmosphere for residents. We offer competitive pay and a generous sign-on bonus for eligible full-time staff.

Formación

• Current Ohio STNA certification.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care that promotes dignity and independence.
• Observe and report changes in resident conditions to the nursing team.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers.
• Help create a warm and welcoming environment that feels like home.
