Circleville Post Acute in Circleville, OH is seeking Full-Time STNAs to provide direct resident care, promoting dignity, comfort, and independence. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor condition changes, and report to the nursing team in a supportive, resident-centered environment.

We offer a competitive hourly wage of 18.50–20.50 with shift differentials, a $3000 sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits for full-time staff, paid time off, holidays, and opportunities for career

Qualifications

• Ohio STNA certification is required.
• Compassionate and resident-centered approach to care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to excellence.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct resident care promoting dignity, comfort, and independence.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
• Help create a warm, welcoming environment for residents and their families.
• Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and fellow caregivers to deliver outstanding care.
