Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels Corporation in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a dedicated kitchen helper to maintain cleanliness across kitchen areas and ensure sanitation standards are consistently met. You will support daily operations and assist with food delivery for catered events, contributing to smooth hospitality service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cleans all kitchen areas, to include pots, pans, all silver items, silverware, platters, etc., at all times.
• Sweeps and mops floors at scheduled times and on a needed basis.
• Cleans worktables, mixers, refrigerators, etc., at all times.
• Delivers food for catered functions in a timely manner.
• Cleans kitchen areas and back of house at all times, daily and nightly.
• Adheres to all Sonesta Sanitation and Safety Guidelines.

What this role is all about

To maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen areas utilities by performing the following duties in accordance with Sonesta Standards.

Principal duties and responsibilities (Essential Functions)

Key Job Functions include:

• Cleans all kitchen areas, to include pots, pans, all silver items, silverware, platters, etc., at all times.
