As a Staff Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in delivering our purpose, modeling our values, and demonstrating genuine, authentic care for our patients. Your responsibilities include supporting the Pharmacy Manager, leading and directing Pharmacy Support Staff, and managing all aspects within your pharmacy, such as Patient Safety, Regulatory Requirements, Quality Assurance, Customer Service, Personnel and Inventory Management, Financial Profitability, Loss Prevention, and Workflow Management.

A key component of your role is keeping customers and patients healthy through the adoption and management of patient care programs. You will:

  1. Lead with Heart – display empathy and compassion for patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues. Motivate, inspire, and develop your Pharmacy Support Staff by balancing assignments that maximize their strengths and address development opportunities.
  2. Identify Business Opportunities – contribute to the development of solutions to drive growth and improve performance, and lead your team to achieve goals.
