Now Hiring: Staff Pharmacist Contract-to-Hire (13 Weeks)
Location: Fairfield, OH
Type: Full-Time | Contract with Potential for Permanent Placement

We are actively seeking a licensed Staff Pharmacist to join a high-performing pharmacy team in Fairfield, Ohio. This is a 13-week contract with a strong possibility of transitioning into a permanent position. The ideal candidate will bring clinical accuracy, leadership skills, and a strong understanding of pharmacy operations.

Shift Availability:
Flexible coverage needed across the following shifts:

• 8:00 AM 4:00 PM

• 12:00 PM 8:00 PM

• 3:00 PM 11:00 PM

• 4:00 PM 12:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support pharmacy technicians and data entry personnel to maintain workflow accuracy, delivery timelines, and security standards

• Review prescription orders for clinical appropriateness, including dosage, potential interactions, allergies, and contraindications

• Ensure compliance in the handling and documentation of controlled substances, especially Schedule II medications

• Oversee the ordering, inventory, and prepacking processes within the pharmacy

Requirements:

• Must hold an active and clear Pharmacist license in the state of Ohio

• Experience in high-volume retail or compounding pharmacy environments is highly preferred
