We are seeking a Tennessee-licensed Pharmacist for an 8-week contract-to-hire opportunity in a mail order long-term care (LTC) pharmacy in Nashville.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2^nd shift (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM), with rotating weekends (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and interpreting prescriptions to ensure appropriate medication therapy for patients.
• Providing medication counseling to patients on proper usage, side effects, and precautions.
• Collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication regimens and ensure safe and effective treatment.

Requirements:

• Pharmacy experience.
