The ideal candidate must have strong mail order pharmacy experience and compounding experience highly preferred. Must hold an active/clear Ohio license in-hand. Responsibilities

• Review and verify prescriptions (PV1/PV2)
• Counsel patients on medication use, side effects, and dosing
• Guide and support technicians throughout workflow
• Lead shift changeover preparation and contribute to a clean, organized pharmacy
• Assist in training and mentoring new staff
• Ensure compliance with all legal and professional pharmacy standards
  
  

Qualifications

• Active Ohio Pharmacist License in good standing (no restrictions)
• Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail
• Prior retail or mail-order pharmacy experience required
• Comfortable with PioneerRx or similar pharmacy systems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to lead teams and adapt in a fast-paced environment
