Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As an Enhance Rehabilitation Speech Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care after an evaluation.

You will demonstrate the skills to provide patient care in a SNF setting and communicate with patients, families and the treatment team to gather and share information about patient status and progress.

Qualifications

• Experience administering standardized speech-language assessments.
• Ability to develop treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Experience in SNF settings and interdisciplinary care.

In this role, you'll evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care following an evaluation.

• Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care appropriate in a SNF setting.
• Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills work well with others and to communicate effective with patients, families, and other treatment team members when gathering and exchanging patient condition information.
• Experience with administering standardized speech/language assessments, conduct swallowing evaluations, developing treatment plans and monitoring patients' progress.
