Qualifications

• License to practice as Speech-Language Pathologist required.
• Experience with geriatric populations preferred.
• Ability to screen and evaluate speech, language, cognitive and swallowing disorders.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, creating care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative treatment for related disorders while complying with standards.
• Evaluate outcomes and modify services; refer as needed.
• Provide counseling to patients, families, and other providers.
• Generate discharge summaries per regulatory requirements.
