Job summary

The Hospitals of Providence in El Paso, Texas is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our therapy team. This role supports neonatal through geriatric patients and requires clinical competency within an interdisciplinary setting.

You will evaluate, plan, and implement targeted treatment programs, administer assessments, review charts, and adjust plans based on physician orders and patient progress. A Master's degree and state licensure with CCC from ASHA are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in speech-language pathology/communication sciences and disorders required.
• State licensure and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, plus AHA BLS.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, plans, and implements specific treatment programs for individual patients.
• Works with interdisciplinary team for patient assessment and care planning.
• Administers and interprets tests and measures of patients and revises treatment plans.
• Develops functional goals and improves cognitive, language comprehension, and language expression skills.
