Job summary

Premier Therapy is seeking a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our therapy team in Olean, NY. You will evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, develop individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and educate patients and families.

Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team and thorough documentation are expected. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Current SLP license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• CCC-SLP as applicable.
• SNF/long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and functional goals.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as appropriate.
• Educate patients, families, caregivers, and team members.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and complete required documentation.
