Job summary

Clear Creek ISD is seeking an Aide – SPED Resource/Inclusion for the 2026-27 school year at Greene Elementary in Webster, Texas. The role supports identified students with disabilities and assists in implementing the teacher’s plan.

You will help with classroom activities, behavior management, and daily routines, including supervision, personal care as needed, and collaboration with staff to maintain a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Educational Aide II Certification.
• 15 college hours or passing score on Paraprofessional Exam.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well with children.
• Patience, tolerance, and flexibility.
• Knowledge of general office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with teaching duties and attendance records.
• Reinforce behavior plans and assist in classroom discipline.
• Support individual students or groups in daily activities.
• Supervise small groups in community settings.
• Maintain a positive school climate through praise and example.
• Provide personal care and hygiene assistance as needed.
• Prepare instructional materials and maintain equipment.
• Collaborate with staff to meet district goals.
• Demonstrate proficiency with technology applications.
• Participate in drills and safety exercises.
