Job summary

Quaboag Regional Middle High School in Warren, MA is seeking a Full-time Special Education Paraprofessional to support students with behavioral challenges and assist with instructional activities. This role reports to the Building Principal and the Director for Student Support Services.

You will implement behavior plans, collect data, and maintain confidentiality while providing vigilant supervision and instructional support within the classroom setting.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or Pass Para-Pro Exam
• Experience with students with behavioral challenges (preferred)
• Knowledge of effective instructional techniques and strategies
• Appropriate oral & written communication skills
• Ability to deal effectively with students and co-workers

Responsibilities

• Take direction from administrators, teachers, and BCBA
• Implement behavior intervention plans and collect data with fidelity
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and material
• Provide adequate supervision of students at all times
• Provide instructional support to students
• Other duties as assigned
