Job summary

Boothby Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher for Farmington, New Hampshire for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time role focuses on delivering specialized instruction, developing IEPs, and supporting diverse learners in partnership with families and district teams.

You will collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, school psychologists, and educators, benefiting from a supportive agency culture designed to reduce burnout and promote professional growth and student

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Special Education or related field (required)
• Valid New Hampshire Special Education certification or eligibility for certification
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Experience in school-based special education settings preferred
• New graduates and experienced educators are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized instruction to students receiving special education services
• Develop, implement, and manage IEPs
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with families, teachers, administrators, and related service providers
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Utilize evidence-based instructional strategies and interventions
• Support students' academic, behavioral, social, and functional growth
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and district special education regulations
